Paid Ads Manager for US (Remote): $1,500, paid once-monthly @ /

Working Hours: 8:55am EST – 5pm EST (or longer – whatever it takes to get the work done)

Dress Code: Business professional dress required daily, groomed and professional hair, instilling trust and confidence in our professional law firm clients

The Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for creating and managing relentless multi-channel digital campaigns for the fastest-growing law firms in the country, including monitoring & improving campaign performance, recommending program improvements, tracking & maintaining campaign budgets, and more.

Key Responsibilities Include

– Creating and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms for numerous clients simultaneously.
– Developing and monitoring campaign budgets and conversion actions.
– Executing and analyzing results of marketing and advertising campaigns, including driving actionable program recommendations for key stakeholders.
– Supporting technical implementation of social tracking solutions (pixels, tagging).
– Monitoring campaign performance in line with client objectives and key performance indicators.
– Analyzing multiple platform data sets daily to monitor pacing and results while looking for opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

– 3-5 years relevant experience building paid social campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager
– Possess exceptional critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
– Be a big-picture thinker capable of understanding campaign objectives and client overall marketing goals
– Have an analytic mindset for targeting the appropriate population and understanding their behaviors
– Master resourcefulness (you will be researching and solving problems independently)
– Be able to provide creative solutions to unforeseen problems without ever losing stride
– Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)
– Familiarity with attribution tools such as Google Analytics
– Active interest in keeping up with the paid media industry and latest trends
– Agency experience a plus
– Data analytics experience in relation to the paid ads industry
