What we’re looking for:

As a Paid Ads Specialist at Minty Digital, you’ll be responsible for:

Developing, executing, and managing paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google.
Conducting thorough market and competitor research to inform ad strategies.
Crafting compelling ad copy and creative that aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize for KPIs and ROI.
Collaborating with the SEO, content, and digital PR teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
Utilizing advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments.
Managing budgets and adjusting bids to maximize campaign performance.
Providing clients with detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
Staying updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Suggesting and implementing innovative strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
Experience with:

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various PPC management platforms.
A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
At least 1 year of experience in paid advertising.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with remarketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation techniques.
