Job Description

A paid ads specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns, including SEO, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and PPC advertising (Meta + Google), to maximize online visibility, engagement, and conversions while analyzing data to continually optimize strategies and drive business growth.

Skills needed:
– Meta and Google Ads Manager
– Audience targeting
– Ad creation
– Campaign optimization
– A/B testing
– Ad copywriting

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years previous experience in creating + managing visually captivating Google and Meta Ads.
-Reporting in line with performance and KPI’s should be done on time.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Comfortable working with multilingual content.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights and optimize ad performance.
– Strong creative and design skills
– Fluent English

Nice to Have:
– Previous experience in lead gen and e-commerce industry.
– Medium to advanced knowledge on sales funnels
– Ability to translate copy using the help of tools
– Graphic design (Adobe)
– Email marketing

Compensation –
To start with this role would pay $6-$8 per hour requiring 2 hours work a day (10 hours) a week. Totaling $400 a month, however the successful candidate would be eligible for performance bonus after the first month. Possibility for more hours as the company grows (up to full time hours) + continuous (yearly) salary reviews according to performance.
