Job Description

This is a full-time role. While it is 100% remote, it is also 100% fully committed to the Agency and Business. We are not looking for freelancers who have multiple clients or jobs.
Our Clients include direct brands and other agencies who white-label our services. We also have multiple internal projects running to increase revenue for the business and launch new products and offerings.
Below are some critical aspects of the role, but are not limited to them as we are constantly changing.

Campaign Management, Reporting and Media Operations (90%):

– Media and Marketing Strategy and Planning and ongoing optimisation
– Planning and implementing SEM/PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing.
– Planning and implementing Social Media Campaigns on META, Tik Tok and other digital platforms along with Programmatic and other Marketing Campaigns where needed.
– Managing end to end performance of media campaigns
– Reporting (detailed) for daily updates, Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports and Quarterly reports
– Insight generation from platforms such as GA4, Shopify etc using platform analytics and matching back to campaign and media performance
– Trafficking creatives and campaigns
– Updating internal campaign management tools () and WIP documents to ensure transparency in campaigns and reporting.
– Planning and running internal marketing campaigns and activities
– Keyword research
– Content research
– Ad copy generation
– Maintaining best practices documents

Client Management: (10%)

– Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and they are serviced with AAA+ service levels.
– Being part of WIPs to take clear action items and ensure their delivery and effective communications to all stakeholders involved.

About you:

– Proven track record of delivering performance on SEM/PPC and Social campaigns
– Proven track record of delivering key campaign insights
– You must be an absolute gun and go getter who requires little hand holding to get the job done and to keep our clients happy.
– You must be well versed in Digital and Social Media Marketing and must be willing to learn and pick up new skills as you go quickly.
– You must absolutely be amazing at project and time management.
