As we extend our service offerings, our team needs to grow accordingly. So, we are actively seeking a passionate and results-driven full-time Ads Specialist who will grow with us.
Position: Ads Specialist
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
Execute effective digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms.
Collaborate with the Team for Ad Creation and Copywriting:
Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing ad creatives.
Assist in crafting engaging ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
Utilize advanced targeting options to reach a specific demographic.
Implement audience segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance.
Budget Management:
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor and adjust campaign budgets based on performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates.
Implement best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
