We are looking to find an experienced, highly knowledgeable Paid Ads (SEM/PPC) Specialist to form a key part of our agency’s growth.
The right candidate will be highly experienced in all things Paid Ads, including up to date methods/best practices for the Google Ads and Meta (Facebook). You will need to be skilled across Google Ads/Google Shopping/YouTube Ads and Facebook/Instagram ads.
Reporting to the Paid Ads Manager, this person will be a key part of the Paid Ads team. Your in-depth knowledge of all things PPC & SEM, experience in a similar role, as well as a willingness to learn our existing processes will see you succeed in this role. This role has growth opportunities in the future, and the right candidate will see this happen.
We are looking for at least 3 years of hands-on experience working directly on Paid Ads campaigns with an agency background.
ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:
– Experienced in: Google Ads (Including Shopping, YouTube, SearchAds360) & Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — Pixels and Conversion Tracking Set Up
– Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
– Conduct keyword research and identify relevant keywords for targeted advertising specific to our clients.
– Monitor, analyse and adjust campaign daily spending, providing insights for optimisation.
– Assist in budget management to maximise ROI and control campaign spending.
– Help in implementing conversion tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PPC alignment with overall marketing objectives.
– Reviewing data, reporting and creating comprehensive PPC reports and providing insights to clients or stakeholders.
– Participate in training and development programs to enhance PPC skills and expertise.
– Collaborate with senior specialists to implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives and landing pages.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
– Knowledge of A/B testing methods to optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements including improvement of Quality Scores and lower Cost-Per-Click (CPC).
– 3+ Years of hands-on Paid Ads Specialist experience at an agency.
– Experience setting up and optimising Google Ads (including YouTube and Shopping), Facebook/Instagram ads, etc.
– Experience managing Paid Ads campaigns using SearchAds360.
– Experience in setting up conversion tracking and implementing through Google Tag Manager.
– English language skills in both written and verbal communication.
– You will need to have an analytical mindset to identify campaign performance issues and implement improvements. Needs to be capable of creating and interpreting audits and reports.
– To have the capability of working independently and remotely from home.
– Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced PPC environment in the AU market.
SALARY: Php 40,000-50,000/ month
