Role Summary:
As a Paid Ads Strategist and Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising strategies across various platforms including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
– Setup and execute innovative paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
– Analyse performance data and provide insights to continuously optimise campaigns for better ROI.
– Develop and refine our approach to ad setup and ongoing optimisation to stay ahead of market trends.
– Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring the highest possible return on ad spend.
Your Qualifications:
– Extensive experience in paid advertising, particularly with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
– A strong portfolio showcasing successful lead generation and ecommerce sales campaigns.
– In-depth knowledge of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.
– Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
– Detail your approach to setting up campaigns and ongoing optimization. Include methodologies, tools, and techniques you rely on to achieve superior results.
– Provide evidence of past success, including specific results achieved for other accounts you’ve managed. Testimonials, case studies, or performance metrics would be highly beneficial.
– Ideally you will be fluent in English, with excellence in writing & speaking.
– Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
