Job Description

We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Paid Advertising Assistant to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next 3 years.

What you’ll do:
Campaign Management:
– Assist in the setup and execution of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, – and LinkedIn Ads.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing page experiences.
– Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance objectives, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion – rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
– Conduct A/B testing of ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
– Regularly analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign enhancements.

Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct market research to identify target audience demographics, preferences, and trends.
– Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms to identify new opportunities.
– Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform campaign strategies and optimizations.
– Assist in developing audience targeting strategies and segmentation based on research findings.

Ad Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media insights, to track ad performance and website traffic.
– Generate reports on key advertising metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
– Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in campaign performance.
– Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, summarizing campaign results and providing recommendations for future campaigns.

Collaborative Efforts:
– Work closely with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
– Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of ad assets and materials.
– Collaborate with external agencies or vendors, as needed, to support campaign execution and optimization.
– Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
– Keep abreast of industry trends, new advertising features, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
– Attend webinars, conferences, or training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to paid advertising.

The ideal candidate has:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising.
– Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
– Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
