The Role
As our Paid Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search campaigns (Google, Bing, YouTube, Discovery, etc.) as well as aiding in driving scale across Meta, TikTok, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is tenured in omnichannel campaign execution and strategy, is an ace at executing a creative vision, and can use AI to write compelling marketing copy.

Who You Are
We seek a meticulous and methodical thinker. You have experience in managing the entire Google Ad Suite as well as Meta and Bing. Your experience in managing Shopping – from our Shopify feed to our merchant center to our campaigns within Google Ads is robust. Generating new demand on YouTube + Meta and determining the success of those efforts is your passion. The ability to entice people to click enables you to scale beyond our previous limits. Our ideal candidate is great at collaborating, can work on multiple projects on parallel timelines, has experience working with a forecast, and stays organized in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do:
– Forecast, strategize, execute, and optimize paid search strategies on Google, YouTube, and Bing.
– Aid in the launching and reporting on Facebook, TikTok, and beyond.
– Oversee the daily management of campaign media budgets, revenue/conversion delivery, and keyword expansions/suppressions.
– Drive overall growth strategies and associated tactics to meet company goals, working closely with the Director of Paid Media and creative leads.
– Compile, organize, and present campaign results, findings, and key takeaways in Slack.
– Explore and Analyze the Funnel, optimizing the post-click experience, especially concerning Landing Pages
– Aid in growth forecasting, and planning how to hit our goals across each channel.
– Find and explore opportunities for scale.

Necessary Skills & Attributes for Success:
– 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
– Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
– Experience managing at least $200,000 in monthly ad spend.
– Experience in testing and optimizing ad creative.
– Proven track record of successfully scaling budgets in accounts.
– Analytical and data-driven mindset, experienced with true multivariate testing within advertising campaigns
– Experience with analytics tools and reporting in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Shopify Analytics.
– Strong communication, oral, and written skills, necessary to present data and reports clearly to internal teams and present effectively to internal stakeholders
– Great attention to detail, given the complicated nature of ad platforms, measurement tracking, and reporting setup.
– Adaptable to shifting timelines, changing scopes of work, and occasional high-pressure situations over the lifetime of campaigns and annual sales seasons
– Self-motivated to learn quickly and without constant direction; able to find answers to common problems while working independently
– Extremely organized, systematic, and able to identify, prioritize and address issues
– Punctual, can meet deadlines promptly
