Are you a marketing enthusiast with a knack for paid advertising strategies? Our team is expanding, and we’re in search of a Paid Marketing Manager who can harness the power of pay-per-click (PPC) and other paid strategies to complement and elevate our organic inbound marketing efforts.

Job Description:
Role: The Paid Marketing Manager will spearhead our online acquisition strategy, focusing on pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. You’ll be at the helm of all external online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Setup: Oversee the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
Optimization & Measurement: Utilize vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports to measure and enhance our paid marketing efforts.
Vendor Research & Testing: Explore and test new vendor partnerships to broaden our reach and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
Collaboration & Consistency: Work with marketing team members to ensure a unified brand voice and message across all paid programs.
Content Distribution: Design and implement landing pages and lead generation forms, distributing them through relevant paid channels.
Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, including social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying, to keep us ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
Educational Background: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Expertise in Paid Marketing Channels: Deep knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including Google AdWords, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), and content networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to manage vendor relationships effectively and negotiate the best costs.
Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
