We are looking for a Paid Media and Marketing Specialist to join our talented and growing marketing team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will assist the Paid Media Team with designing, creating and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns for our growing client base. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, implementation and management of paid social and search campaigns on behalf of our clients, while directly impacting the success of Luxury Presence and the world’s most elite real estate agents. You will also work with C-level executives to work on some marketing projects.

– Developing new strategies, campaigns and ad copy
– Data driven–– making decisions based off of metrics rather than emotions
– Problem solving – figuring out a problem on your own before going to someone else
– Collaborating with fellow team members to provide results for our clients through their entire marketing efforts
– Prioritizing tasks and systematizing processes within Paid Acquisition to generate results for our clients in an efficient and effective way
You have:
– 1+ year of experience creating, managing and optimizing campaigns in Facebook and Google
– Worked with clients on your own/at an agency
– An understanding advertising fundamentals and strategies, especially in Direct Response
– Fundamental knowledge on how sales funnels are structured
– A hunger for developing your skill set as a marketer
– Prior knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus
– Knowledge of how the real estate industry works from a business perspective
– Knowledge of how to place and utilize pixels
– Knowledge in creating landing pages on Websites, Facebook and Lead Generation forms
– Experience using WYSIWYG editors and template engines to update content for marketing support pages

– Must be willing to work graveyard shift, 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM PHT, Tuesdays to Saturdays
