Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paid Media Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts, primarily focusing on managing and optimizing our Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities
– Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
– Assist in monitoring and analyzing ad performance, providing regular reports and insights.
– Conduct keyword research and develop effective ad copy.
– Research and conceptualize creative ideas for ad campaigns.
– Assist in implementation of strategies to improve ad performance and achieve key metrics.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
– Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications
– Proven experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads..
– Strong fundamental knowledge of marketing and copywriting is a plus.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Familiarity with other digital marketing tools, analytics and platforms is a plus.
– Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
– Experience with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Experience in project management is a plus.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
