This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

Media Strategy

Attend comprehensive discovery meetings with new clients
Conduct brand and competitor audits to develop an understanding of our clients’ key value propositions, core products/services, and brand aesthetic
Identify channels and opportunities within each clients’ marketplace to run successful paid media campaigns
Systematically test different campaign criteria to uncover the highest performing variables such as audience, creative, copy, and conversion type
Create and maintain campaigns with clear objectives and KPIs
Work closely with duo’s key stakeholders to create paid media strategies that support full-funnel marketing and the flywheel
Make small and large campaign adjustments based on performance assessments and the analysis of campaign data
Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and offer insight into which channels are best to utilize for any given business
Data & Analytics

Follow a data-driven approach to setting up and maintaining paid media campaigns
Deliver week-over-week and month-over-month campaign reporting to identify areas of needed improvement and uncover how campaign variables affect performance
Stay up to date on how attribution works for both app-based and web-based campaigns
Project Management

Manage between 5-10 paid media accounts (including but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social platforms like Twitter and TikTok) with aggregate monthly spends ranging between $10,000 – $100,000.
Effectively manage campaigns for clients from different industries and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the world and build rapport with clients

About You:

Core qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Paid Media experience, with a viewable portfolio of success
Top tier expertise in Google, LinkedIn, Youtube and Facebook ads
Self-starter, self-motivated, strong work ethic
Project management tool experience: Asana
Nice to have software experiences: SEMRush, Spyfu
Critical, growth mindset and forward thinker
CRO/ Landing page optimization experience is a huge advantage
Experience in keyword targeting and audience optimization across multiple platforms
Background in data-derived decision making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize (or something similar)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Highly organized and must be able to multitask, handling several tasks/projects at one time
