Job Summary: The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google, social media, and other channels. This role requires a deep understanding of PPC strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research and implement negative keywords to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Perform split testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to determine the most effective strategies.
Set and achieve performance goals, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Adjust bidding strategies and budgets to maximize the outcome and achieve client objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals.
Main KPIs:
Campaign Performance: Achieve target metrics for click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to maximize campaign outcomes.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality work.
Timeliness: Ensure all campaigns and updates are implemented within the agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of PPC principles, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in using paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to conduct keyword research and implement negative keywords effectively.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing ad creatives.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.
Experience with additional paid media platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, Amazon Advertising).
Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid media strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
