Position: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
[REQUIRED] Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Language Requirement: Fluent in English, as you will be communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams based primarily in the US.

Role:
As our Paid Media Manager, you’ll spearhead our clients’ advertising initiatives across major platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media channels. Staying ahead of the curve, you’ll harness emerging trends, employ best practices, and utilize data-driven insights to ensure our clients’ ad campaigns resonate with their target audience and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, implement, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
Understand our clients’ business objectives, translating them into highly effective ad strategies.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
Monitor budget distribution and performance metrics, ensuring maximum ROI.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
Conduct A/B testing, utilize advanced targeting techniques, and employ other strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Generate regular reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Liaise with platform representatives and attend industry seminars/webinars to stay abreast of new features and optimization techniques.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
Proficiency with ad management tools, analytics platforms, and other related software.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Abilities:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work proactively, identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions.
Aptitude for staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital advertising.
