As a Paid Media Specialist, you will execute effective paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. Managing various paid channels, including paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn), Display, and Programmatic in partnership with website and Google Analytics data. You will work under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Paid Media, as well as other cross-functional teams. With your deep understanding of paid media channels, excellent analytical skills, and proven track record of success in driving ROI to manage campaigns, you’ll execute and support with budget tracking, performance reporting, and competitive analysis.
To be successful in this role, you should be analytical and results-driven, with a keen interest in exploring marketing and sales analytics, traffic trends, search engine/social platform updates and user-behavior. You should be curious, always asking critical questions and striving to find creative solutions to marketing problems.
What you will be doing:
– Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing global paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results.
– Collaborate closely across functional teams to ensure ad creatives, ad copies are aligned with campaign objectives and target audience.
– Support data-driven decision making to optimize and execute paid campaigns to drive quality leads.
– Collaborate with global field marketing and sales team to strategize, architect, deploy and track digital campaigns.
– Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of paid media campaigns.
– Support the organic and content team to implement omni-channel strategies.
– Assist in developing A/B testing plans for end-to-end paid media campaigns.
– Support executing content promotions and distribution with digital channels.
– Experiment with new or existing digital channels and try out new tactics for strong ROI.

Background & Experience:
– 3-5 years of experience in paid media with hands-on experience.
– Understanding of users’ buying behavior as it pertains to the web.
– Experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking tool.
– Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
– Strong English language capability
– Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
– Ability to prioritize work and projects based on short and long-term needs.
– Good verbal & written communication skills.
This role is a full-time position in the GMT time zone but there may be times where a Zoom call is needed outside of normal business hours.
