Paid Media Buyer Core Responsibilities

* Developing effective paid media strategies based on campaign objectives
* Managing and optimizing these paid media strategies to deliver results
* Collaborating with team member to develop and deploy paid media strategies
* Reporting the performance and action plans related to these paid media strategies
* Identifying emerging opportunities for new paid media channels, strategies, tactics etc

JOB BRIEF:
You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels and drive performance of these paid media campaigns as needed. As these campaigns are deployed you will provide the appropriate internal reporting using dashboards and reporting tools.

In this role you should be data-driven, updated on recent digital trends, have an understanding of how to engage a target audience with content, optimization (CRO) and basic statistical analysis.

+ Tiktok Ads
+ Google Tag Manager
+ Reporting and dashboards tools: Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI
*Experience deploying, testing and debugging remarketing pixels
*Experience integrating ads platforms with conversion tracking, Active Campaign and other tools

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Identify target audiences and plan appropriate paid media strategies
2) Determine media channels that will be leveraged for specific target audiences and objectives
3) Allocate media channel and campaign budgets
4) Develop strategies maximizing a variety of ad types and ad targeting
5) Optimize campaigns leveraging split AB testing and/or multivariate testing
6) Report daily, weekly or as needed on campaign and ad performance
7) Prepare reports and/or dashboards for media channels using tools such as Google Data Studio, Microsoft PowerBI, Databox, etc

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
1) Proven experience as Paid Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is required
2) Familiarity with paid media platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Youtube Ads
3) Interest in digital advertising and media trends
4) Working knowledge of data analytics and understanding of basic statistics
5) Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6) Organizational and multitasking abilities
7) Attention to detail
8) Critical thinking skills
9) BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
