Job Description

This role is a 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and drive quality traffic.

Continuously monitor campaign metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to allocated spending limits.

Monitor daily spend and adjust campaign bids, targeting parameters, and budget allocations as needed to optimize performance and achieve objectives.

Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns in driving desired actions, such as form submissions, purchases, or sign-ups.

Analyze conversion data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.

Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to identify the most effective approaches for driving conversions.

Interpret test results and leverage insights to refine campaign tactics and improve overall performance.

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic metrics, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), to track campaign effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

About You:

Core qualifications:

Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on driving traffic and conversions.

Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.

Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
