We’re a small. but growing, digital agency in Australia and we’re looking for our next Paid Ads Ninja!

We have awesome clients and they deserve the best results, and the best service. In this role you’ll set up Meta ad campaigns, you’ll need to understand Business Manager and all it’s little quirks. If you understand Google ads and LinkedIn that would be helpful too, but not essential.

You’ll be doing audience research, targeting, reporting and maintaining ad tracking data sheets. Most of our campaigns are lead generation but we have a few e-commerce clients too. If you are familiar with Go High Level as a CRM that’s an added bonus!

You’ll need to speak with our Aussie customers and help them set up their BM, send them ad proofs and work closely with our strategist and graphic designer. You’ll have the chance to make suggestions and changes to campaigns so they always perform. While we have processes that need to be followed, you’d really be in charge of all our campaigns so this is a really important part of our team.

We’re looking for someone who can sit in on our weekly team meetings, client meetings and genuinely make a contribution to the overall plans and direction of every client account.

Most importantly, you need to be fun and creative. Our best campaigns always come form the ideas we thought were the craziest!
