Your role? To Create a pipeline of our ideal clients through potent paid media strategies. Maintaining our companies values and integrity. We need your vast experience in running high-impact, information sharing, converting sales campaigns backed by science, coupled with your ability to adeptly manage varying monthly budgets

You will be pivotal in the rapid growth of this business with guaranteed performance-based incentives.

We are looking for:

A paid search/PPC specialist
A paid social/FB Ad Specialist
Ideally a candidate who meets criteria for both

Responsibilities:

Craft, optimise, and scale paid ad campaigns, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with exceptional results ad ROAS.
Collaborate with the Director & Coordinator to devise and implement effective digital marketing/paid media strategies.
Manage different size monthly budgets demonstrating financial acumen and strategic planning.
Drive powerful sales, information and traffic campaigns that invigorate and drive growth.
Requirements:

Proven expertise in crafting, optimising, and scaling campaigns
A track record of running successful campaigns in Australia and US, ive growth in our B2B lLeads with high conversion rates
Demonstrated ability to manage flexiblemarketing budgets.
Both in-house and agency experience are highly preferred.
