We’re on the lookout for a Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing, managing, and optimising paid search and social media campaigns. The successful applicant should also be able to develop creative strategies that drive ROI while maintaining brand consistency across all brands and channels. You must have a thorough understanding of current trends, analytics, tools, and optimisation techniques.

This role requires expertise in paid search campaigns on Google and other PPC platforms. The aim is to achieve strong returns on investment while improving the overall online performance. As a specialist in Google Ads, you will be examining trends, exploring data insights, and creating effective pay-per-click campaigns. You will have an important part to play in driving success for our organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop, execute, and optimise high performance paid Search and social advertising campaigns geared to drive leads and sales.
• Provide recommendations and implement strategies that meet the business requirements for PPC media
• Execution of BAU, seasonal, high-impact, high-volume search campaigns
• Devise go-to-market strategies for new brands (with support) to launch or amplify their products.
• Analyse the effectiveness of digital and media campaigns against KPIs.
• Form effective working relationships with team be an active, contributing member.
• Stay up to date with digital landscape and new trends in technology.

Requirements:
• Experience with most paid social management apps (Meta Business Suite, Audience insights, Google Ads, Google Analytics a must)
• Top analytical skills that allow you to identify opportunities that will enhance our business
• 5+ years planning, executing and optimising Paid Search (SEM) & Social campaigns with a demonstrable track record of achieving performance targets
• Comfortable using Google ads, Google analytics, tag manager, search console, looker studio, Meta Business Suite and IP targeting.
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Results and performance focused
• Excellent Google Sheets/Excel skills and experience
• Strong critical thinking skills, analytical capabilities, and a data-driven mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
• Ideally has strong ecommerce experience.
