Paid Search Senior Specialist – Google Ads (Remote WFH)

About The Role:
This is a remote WFH – Night Shift role to support the US timezone. (Between 10pm-7am PH time)

Alley Group, a multi award-winning digital marketing agency with operations in Australia, USA, Philippines and Singapore is growing fast and looking for a passionate, high-performing Paid Search Specialist to lead the acceleration and growth of our business and clients.

The Paid Search Specialist will own the performance, strategy and growth of multiple brands and Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years or more experience with Paid Search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)
– Experience managing Search, PMax, YouTube, Discovery, Display campaigns
– Managing Google Shopping campaigns and product feed (Google Merchant Center)
– Experience with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor

– Experience managing and optimizing medium to large budget accounts
– Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns
– Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough account audits
– Experience and knowledge using Google Analytics to interpret data & insights
– Proven track record running paid search campaigns at scale to achieve business growth goals

Optional Skills (preferred but not necessary):
– Forecasting paid search account performance and spends
– Conversion Tracking experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with a team of paid search specialists and managers to drive strategy, optimization, implementation and reporting
– Manage account operations & execution (campaign set up, processes, optimization, budget pacing)
– Monitor and ensure team and account processes are adhered to
– Ensure continuous improvements on account management, training and development

– Though you will work with specialists to execute, you will need to have the ability and skills to be able to make changes in the accounts when required
– Oversee overall performance and KPIs across multiple brands and accounts. Monitor account profitability, reporting and forecasting
– Collaborate with other teams e.g. Performance, Social to align and achieve client’s holistic business goals
