Compensation: $20,000 to $28,000 Annually + Benefits

OVERVIEW

The client is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and executing their paid search campaigns across Google and Bing Ads to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.

-Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.

-Ad Copy Creation: Write compelling and effective ad copy that meets industry standards and drives engagement.

-Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and maximize budget efficiency.

-Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.

-Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.

-A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve performance.

-Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the design and web development teams to optimize landing pages for a better user experience and higher conversion rates.

-Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to meet targets.

-Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the paid search landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns.

*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

*Skills:
-Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
-Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of SEO and its relationship with PPC.
