Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Philippines, Remote, M-F, Central Time

Compensation: $31,000 to $42,000 Annually + Benefits

OVERVIEW

The client is looking for an experienced and strategic Paid Media Manager to lead their paid media strategy and team management efforts across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, revenue growth, strategy, and team management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Campaign Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business objectives.

-Platform Management: Oversee campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more.

-Budget Allocation: Allocate and manage budgets across channels to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spending.

-Ad Creation and Testing: Develop compelling ad creatives and conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and engagement.

-Audience Targeting: Define and refine audience segments to ensure precise targeting and improved campaign effectiveness.

-Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

-Reporting: Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign outcomes, and ROI.

-Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.

-Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure alignment with campaign goals and best practices.

-Team Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to the paid media and paid search specialists.

-Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously enhance paid media strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on multi-channel digital marketing. 3+ years of team management and leadership are required as well.

*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

*Skills:
-Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
-Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and broader digital marketing concepts.
