Mint Performance Marketing is looking for a performance content strategist to support our paid and organic media teams. In this role, you will fulfill requests from our media teams, by executing on the development of their content needs. This role blends copywriting principles & creative strategy to create content that converts. The performance content strategist will report to the Head of Performance Creatives.

Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Responsibilities & Duties
– Fulfill requests from our media teams via our project management software, ClickUp.
– Develop storyboards and media plans using Mint Performance Marketing’s best practices and proven formats.
– Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to bring your storyboards and media plans to life.
– Write copy for various channels including, but not limited to: Paid media (primarily Facebook, Google & TikTok), email, SMS, organic social media.
– Develop image and video ad creative for brands by collaborating and providing instructions to graphic designers and video editors.
– Write copy for various formats including product pages, general web page copy, landing page copy & short-form story articles on our publisher partners.
– Develop content briefs for influencer marketing campaigns to source user generated content.
Required Experience
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a DTC/ecomm marketing agency or brand.
– Possess a strong understanding of direct response marketing, and know what it takes to drive single-session sales.
– Possess a strong understanding of performance metrics and know how to identify top performing ads vs poor performers.
– Media buying experience preferred but not required.
– Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills.
