OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Paid Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for social media marketing and a proven track record of successful paid campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Execute Paid Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive paid social media plans that align with overall marketing objectives and brand goals. This includes setting up campaigns, ad groups, and ads across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Campaign Management and Optimization: Monitor and manage all live campaigns, ensuring they meet performance objectives. Continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments. This includes demographic, geographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Make data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Track and reconcile ad spend regularly.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives. Provide guidance on best practices for imagery, video content, and ad copy.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in paid social media marketing. Implement new strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other marketing team members, including SEO specialists, content creators, and email marketers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Availability: Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns. Proven experience in executing successful campaigns across multiple social media platforms.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.). Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to create compelling ad creatives that engage target audiences.

Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification) are a plus.
