If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing Team as a Paid Social Media Specialist.

Your Role:

Reporting to our Head of Direct to Consumer and closely collaborating with the Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible for:

Paid Social Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media strategies aligned with major brand campaigns, optimizing parameters for platform selection and format.

Campaign Management: Supporting the development of paid social media campaigns, including asset development, campaign set-up, and briefing internal stakeholders on insights from previous campaigns.

Content Creation: Curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to captivate audiences and drive brand engagement.

Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement, leveraging insights from trend monitoring and competitor activities.

Performance Monitoring: Defining and monitoring key performance metrics to drive continuous improvements across campaigns, evaluating both media and creative agency performances on a campaign and quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent in Management or Communication.

At least 2 years of experience in social media planning and content development.
