WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As our Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns. You will work closely with the account managers to understand their client’s campaign goals, plan and map out paid social campaigns, and ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
You will also report on campaigns, analyse relevant statistics, and provide insights to improve campaign performance being able to report these back to clients and give industry knowledge and advice.

Job Description:
Work with the account managers to understand their client’s needs and goals and develop strategies to achieve these goals through paid social campaigns
Strategize, plan and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn. (Skills in Pinterest, TikTok and other channels highly regarded).
Write ad copy and work with the design studio to develop creatives
Manage the setup and day-to-day trafficking of online ad campaigns;
Setting up ad manager accounts for new clients
Actively monitor/manage campaign pacing and performance;
Use reporting, analytics, and trend tools on a daily basis;
Campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget management;
Perform all basic tactical execution and campaign audits;
Monitor client marketing initiatives on a weekly basis to ensure that the activities undertaken match the budget of the project and will help the client achieve their goals
Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations to the account managers
Optimize the campaign to meet campaign performance goals
Update and monitor client reports. Ongoing analysis of key metrics to deliver insightful analysis and optimizations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of Agency experience working on numerous clients at the same time
Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Client Strategy, Campaign Optimisation, Reporting, Budget Management
Analytical mind – a data first approach
Ability to manage your time and work to deadlines
Agency experience working on numerous clients at the same time
Amazing attention to detail
Native level English
The ability to write ad copy
A self-motivated, driven, resourceful, proactive, go-getter attitude in everything you
