Paid Social Performance Marketer (Facebook/TikTok)

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and motivated individual with extensive experience and skill in performance marketing. You will be a pivotal part of our marketing team, focusing on maximizing the ROI of our campaigns on various social network platforms – mainly Facebook and TikTok. Your role will involve strategizing, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies on Facebook to increase sales.
– Manage a significant advertising budget, ensuring efficient spend and high ROI.
– Conduct thorough audience research to create targeted ad campaigns.
– Create and test a variety of ad formats, including video, carousel, and image-based ads.
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling ad creatives.
– Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
– Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, focusing on metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
– Stay updated with Facebook’s advertising guidelines, algorithm changes, and new features.
– Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
– Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and insights for senior management.

Qualifications:
– Mastery of English. Natively fluent.
– Proven experience in Facebook advertising and performance marketing (minimum of 3 years).
– Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
– Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager
– Experience managing significant budgets on Facebook ( >$50,000 USD/mo).
– Ability to think creatively and develop innovative advertising strategies.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Hours:
