About the role:
The Paid Social Strategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, and execution of our paid advertising accounts. Through the responsibilities outlined below, Paid Social Strategist plays an integral role in the development of the paid advertising offering and retention of its business.
Responsibilities:
Owning paid social strategy across B2C and B2B Lead Gen clients
Ability to craft strategies based on client goals and troubleshoot dips in performance to make recommended pivots
Assist with ad builds in platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest
Pre-populating data for reporting decks
Creative analysis
Competitor analysis
Performance pacing updates
Prepare agency-wide data & creative trends decks/write-ups
Manage client social media ad budgets, setting benchmarks and pivoting as needed to ensure KPIs are hitting goals
Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on data-driven conclusions.
Communicate effectively with your team, stay accountable by highlighting wins and losses and develop forward-thinking action plans
Confidence in marketing strategy on both data and creative fronts; driving strategy forward through data-driven recommendations and creative ideation
Understanding of basic marketing funnel and where paid social impacts the clients’ overall business goals.
Requirements:
2 years of Paid Social advertising experience.
Meta ads experience is a must
Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and Pinterest
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media
Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables
