We are on the lookout for a talented Paid Traffic Specialist & Assistant who wants to join our team of experts.
The role requires proven hands-on experience of setting up, implementing and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.

This role would suit you if you have:
– 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns. You must be able to demonstrate significant hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
– Success in driving ROAS for eCommerce brands
– Success in generating qualified leads in different verticals
– Experience with setting up campaign tracking with Facebook Pixel.
– Excellent copywriting, proofing and grammar skills.
– A high level of attention to detail.
– Strong communicator and professional work ethic.
– Strong understanding of Google platforms is preferred, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
– Basic understanding of website backends (CMS’).
– Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
– Ability to make strategic decisions based on experience and best practices.
– Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.

This role will be primarily focussed on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns; however, there will be opportunities to manage and champion ads on other paid traffic platforms. Demonstrated experience on the following platforms will be highly regarded:
– TikTok Ads
– Google Ads
What will you be doing?
TECHNICAL TASKS:
– Facebook ad campaign setup including audience creation, pixel analysis, and ad creation (strategy and execution plan will be provided).
– Client ad spend budgeting, apportionment and control using Google Sheets.
– On-going ad campaign analysis identifying new opportunities for campaign growth and refresh implementation.
– Recording all tasks and time via project management system (ActiveCollab).
– Paid traffic data analysis using Google Analytics.
– Support clients by reviewing and analysing campaign data ongoing to identify areas of improvement, with a variety of in-house tools.
– Dynamic Facebook Ads Pixel Implementation.
– Dynamic Google Ads Conversion Implementation.
– Dynamic Google Analytics Implementation.
– Google Shopping Optimisation.
CREATIVE TASKS:
– Resort EDM (copywriting / drafting)
– Resort Organic Social Media Content (copywriting / drafting)
– Content creation on Canva Pro (design)
MISC TASKS:
– Slack, Zoom & email communications with the team.
– Creation & documentation of SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
– General project management.
– Research & basic admin tasks.
– Automations & integrations using our Zapier and our systems.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
– Worked in an Agency environment before
– Experience using Canva
– Experience using Shopify
– Experience with Google Paid Search & Display is preferred.
– Other ads experience will be highly regarded.

JOB TYPE, LOCATION, PAY:
– Job Types: Full Time, Contract (37.5 hours per week)
– Remuneration: $12 AUD / hour + 13th month payment (pro-rata)
