Paralegal

We are looking for a part-time (project oriented with potential for full time) skilled Paralegal to work on an HOA (homeowners association) case we are dealing with. We are a Property Management company currently specializing in Room Rentals (coliving).

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position will require you to start running out of the gate as we are dealing with a local US lawfirm on the matter. For the first couple of weeks it will be near full time with research and legal writing needs working directly with our CEO and our Attorney.

Qualities Needed to be Successful – we don’t expect someone to have ALL these items, but what you do have, let us know:

– HOA Experience – experience with homeowners associations and fighting them
– Real Estate Law – Specially for North Carolina
– Quality Research Skills – a major of the work is researching case law from what our team has started with. Ability to be creative in your research is paramount.
– Legal Writings – Important that you can take your research and put it into legal writings that our attorney can then review and finalize.
