Job Title: Virtual Paralegal – Litigation Support and Virtual Assistant

We seek a meticulous and proactive Virtual Paralegal to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services.

Job Summary: The Virtual Paralegal will play a crucial role in managing client communications and data, supporting our marketing initiatives, and assisting in the analysis of litigation documents. This role is integral to enhancing our operational efficiency and client satisfaction. You will also spend about 25% of your time as a virtual assistant for Mr. Kennedy which includes tasks in his personal and family life such as scheduling flights, hotels, filling out forms on-line, and making appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication and Case Management:
a. Act as the primary point of contact for clients involved in the ITC Fire Case, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring clients are informed on how to register for settlements.
b. Maintain meticulous records by inputting data into spreadsheets and customer management software, ensuring accuracy in client tracking and information management.
c. Act at the primary point of contact for health care worker clients who have claims for unpaid wages.

Lead Generation and Client Conversion:

a. Reach out to potential clients generated from Facebook and other marketing campaigns. Communicate through emails, texts, and calls to nurture leads and convert them into active cases.
b. Manage electronic communications, including sending links for electronic contract signing to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.

Document Review and Analysis:

Assist in the review and analysis of documents produced in litigation, focusing on cases related to employee rights and unpaid wages.

Support legal team in preparing for cases by organizing and summarizing key information from documents.

Draft Form Legal documents.

Create first drafts of legal documents for review by an attorney. This will include taking forms and modifying them based on current clients’ facts.

Virtual Assistant Duties.

• Reserve hotels, flights restaurants.
• Manage calendar.
• Make appointments.
• Fill out forms on line.
• Research travel activities

Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in a virtual setting.
– Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Excel, and familiar with customer management software.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
