Our team is seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Paralegal/Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate must have direct experience working with a high-profile client in an Executive Assistant or Paralegal role and will be responsible for providing administrative and accountancy support, delivering contracts, monitoring campaigns, and ensuring that all communications with brands, clients, and our team are handled with the utmost care and accuracy. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, including contracts, agreements, and other correspondence.
• Manage and maintain an accurate filing system for all documents, contracts, reports, data sheets, resources, and communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to draft, deliver, and file all collaboration contracts and agreements.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, managing travel arrangements, data entry, transcription, team management, and report writing.
• Assist our social media team as and when needed in monitoring comments, creating resources, and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English, especially in written communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as follow instructions carefully for team tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role is a plus.
• Digital fluency – Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Calendly, , Loom, Google Sheets, Canva, Notion, Asana, and Social Media.
• Skilled in automation building to make workflows efficient
• Must be available to work full-time on a remote basis.
• Must be flexible to change time zones according to CEO’s travel location
