Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Paralegal based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with Estate Administration, including applying for probate and letters of administration, and will later learn and handle Real Estate Conveyance files.

Responsibilities:

Estate Administration:
Learn the court documents and application process for probate and letters of administration.
Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information for applications.
Problem-solve and gather information from banks and investment companies.
Manage the distribution process post-probate approval and obtain releases from beneficiaries.

Real Estate Conveyance (to be learned after Estate Administration):
Understand Manitoba real estate rules and procedures.
Communicate with the property registry for title purposes, banks, and clients.
Execute real estate conveyance files efficiently.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn and adapt to new legal processes and requirements.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with estate administration and real estate conveyance is a plus.
Proficiency in using legal software and tools.
