Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Paralegal with experience in managing legal documents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. As a Paralegal – Legal Documents Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of various legal documents, including retainers, intake forms, and correspondence with attorneys.

Responsibilities:

Document Pushing:
* Manage the process of pushing legal documents through various stages of review, approval, and distribution.
* Coordinate with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure timely completion and delivery of documents.
Quality Check Retainers:
* Conduct thorough quality checks on retainers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards and requirements.
* Collaborate with attorneys to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process.
Intake Forms:
* Oversee the intake process for new clients, including the collection and review of intake forms and supporting documentation.
* Ensure that all necessary information is accurately captured and entered into the firm’s database or case management system.
Attorney Communication:
* Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are kept informed of important updates and developments.
* Communicate effectively with attorneys regarding document status, deadlines, and any concerns or questions that may arise.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
* Healthcare/Legal experience is a plus
* Proven experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant, with a focus on document management and quality assurance.
* Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation requirements.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
