JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and contributing to the success of our clients’ cases. You will work closely with legal professionals on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducting legal research and analysis to assist attorneys in case preparation.
2. Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
3. Developing punch list on commercial contracts for purchase and sale for products and service.
4. Assisting in the management of case files and documents.
5. Maintaining and organizing case calendars and deadlines.
6. Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
7. Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Licensed PH Attorney.
2. Previous paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department is highly desirable.
3. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
9. Ethical and professional conduct at all times.
