Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and technology-driven Paralegal to join our team. Working with our founders, CTO, and tech team, this diverse role supports the development and implementation of our AI projects aimed at delivering high-quality medico-legal reports. If you have a strong legal background, particularly in personal injury law and medico-legal assessments, and are excited about the potential of AI, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with AI developers and medical professionals to support creating and refining AI-driven medico-legal reports.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated documents.
Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to personal injury cases and medico-legal assessments.
Provide expertise in the legal aspects of AI implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with Australian law firms and medical professionals to gather necessary information and insights.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and legal technology to continuously improve our processes and offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal, preferably within an Australian personal injury law firm.
Proven expertise in medico-legal assessments and related legal procedures.
Strong understanding of AI applications in the legal field is highly desirable.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Proficiency with legal research tools and technology platforms.
