Role: Account Manager
Contract: Part-time Remote Contractor (80 hours monthly)
Business Hours: 3 PM – 7 PM EST (Some flexibility)
Rate: $500 USD-$600 USD monthly

Client’s Profile

The client provides diverse hot yoga classes for all skill levels and interests. These classes enhance flexibility, build strength, and improve overall well-being. The studio offers a sanctuary for stress relief, where expert instructors guide participants through poses and stretches in a heated room. The emphasis is on holistic wellness, combining physical fitness with mental and emotional balance. They welcome individuals on unique wellness journeys, offering various class styles to suit different preferences. It’s a place to discover the transformative benefits of hot yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What you’ll do

As an Account Manager, you will be the crucial bridge between clients and the company. You nurture client relationships, provide tailored guidance, and ensure satisfaction while actively engaging with online communities. Responsibilities of the role will include:

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
– Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company, communicating with clients via email & phone.
– Provide excellent customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
– Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
– Communicate product updates, changes, and news to clients.
– Provide company education, guidance and recommendations that align with the client’s specific needs and objectives.
– Follow-up with clients and prospective clients.
– Gather client feedback on products, services, and experiences (to be shared with the leadership and marketing team).
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.
– Engage with comments and messages on social media platforms.
– Reshare tags, photos & reviews from clients on socials, helping share story posts (also sharing with the Marketing Department for static content).
– Help nurture and grow our >Facebook Community, engaging with our audience and cultivating a positive and interactive online community.
– Help moderate community posts, respond to questions and approve and welcome new members.
– Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns.
– Prepare monthly reports on Client Account Management & Client Engagement.
– Organize and manage account-related documentation.
– Inventory Management, as needed

What you should have

– At least three years of experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
– Experience with B2B client services and upselling is a plus
– Familiarity with health and wellness industries would be a big plus!
– Must have experience using Google Workspace, MS Office, and Trello (any project management tools would be a plus!)
– Experience using CRM software is necessary (bonus points if you’ve used StudioGrowth or Wellness Living!)
– Experience using social media and email marketing tools (bonus points if you’ve used Loomly!)
– Experience in accurately managing client accounts, contracts, and documentation.
– Experience with social media support and comment moderation (Community growing experience is a big plus!)
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Adept at identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the client relationship.
– Effective time management and organizational skills are essential for juggling multiple clients and tasks.
