You will liaise between the funnel team and our clients. You will ensure clients are onboarded. You will ensure campaigns are started on time. You will work towards our clients achieving a 5X or greater ROI on their investment. In short, you will be responsible for making sure we deliver on our promises to our clients with impeccable service.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Create Client Workspaces
· UMT
· Google Drive Folders
· Create UMT account
· Setting up campaigns inside of UMT (emails, triggers, UTM parameters, tagging, snapshots, etc.).
· Review all ads, creatives, etc to ensure they meet all policies for FB, Google, etc AND ensure they meet the relevant state or federal laws for that profession.
· Send Agreements, Invoices, briefing documents
· Organise scope of work team meetings
· Ensure all client assets are accessible for creating and launching campaigns
· Ensure client projects are on track for launch
· Train clients and their staff on UMT where needed and create video trainings for them to follow.
· Ensure all KPI”s are being met for client accounts
· Weekly Meetings with FB Ads team for weekly reporting and updates.
· Providing client updates / reporting & feedback (advertising, umt follow up)
· Keep clients happy! Set up case studies / testimonials / 5 Star reviews Ensuring client folders are up to date and tidy
· Responding to client questions Ensure clients invoices are paid on time Improving WPM’s systems of reporting and optimisation where needed
· Keep the client training portal up to date.
Qualifications:
1-2 Years of experience working in customer service roles
A thorough understanding of Facebook Ads & PPC metrics and what they mean and what needs to be done to optimise their accounts
Highly organised 2+ years experience using project management tools
HOURS You will be expected to work Monday to Friday during Sydney Australia business hours (AEDT GMT+10) Hours will be 2pm to 6pm daily During this time you must be available for meetings as required.
