Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Land Acquisitions and Lead Manager, your primary focus will be reaching out to interested sellers and building strong rapport to assist them in selling their land to our company. This is a remote position that offers flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are a real estate business specializing in buying vacant land.
Responsibilities:
•Acquisition Tasks:
o Research market values and comparable properties (pulling comps).
o Communicate with, negotiate with, and follow up with potential land sellers.
o Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions.
o Maintain detailed notes in our customer management software.
o Manage all acquisition tracking in our property management software.
• Remote Work Skills:
o Typing speed of 25+ words per minute.
o Proficiency in data entry work including MS Office/Excel
o Ability to work remotely from your home or location of choosing.
o Solid math skills
o Google Drive and Google Meets
o Texting using Launch Control Application
o Customer relationship management experience
o It is crucial that you are self-motivated, disciplined and able to follow directions

Additional Information:
• Ideally available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM CST.
