Hey there!

I’m Tony from The Present You Inc. and I’m hiring a part-time admin virtual assistant to help me work on administrative tasks and creating systems for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience/Familiarity with Video Streaming, Recording and sending replays (Zoom)
Experience/Familiarity or willingness to learn online course portal software (Freshlearn, Kajabi)
Experience/Familiarity or willingness to learn how to use Chat GPT to create sales posts/social media content
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
Posting/Uploading Zoom replays after each call
Writing newsletters & social media content
Organizing Facebook group posts & engaging with members in the comments
Organizing Google Drive
Updating/Tweaking online course portal

20 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
