Job Description

DyCom SmartStaff is looking for a Part-Time (with the possibility of going full-time) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our growing team.
You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments, organizing team meetings, and data entry tasks.
For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to support our senior managers and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
This will start as Part Time position and move to a Full Time position subject to a performance review.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Assist Senior Admin in planning, organizing, and executing tasks and projects in the Admin Department.
Work for external clients by providing administrative support to help executives/clients run an organization or company smoothly by performing mostly administrative duties based on the client’s needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· CRM Data Entry
· Ticket Management
· Creating Online Forms, Fillable PDFs, and Surveys
· Create spreadsheets and presentations
· Data Reporting and File Management
· Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks and updates
· Plan, organize and take detailed minutes of virtual meetings
· Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
· Email and Calendar Management
· Basic Design Skills in creating Social Media Ads and Brochures
· Knowledge of Email Marketing and Funnel Applications
· Knowledge in Lead Generation and Data Mining

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant
· In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
· Hands-on experience with MS Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Equipped to work remotely with minimal supervision
