Role Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our website, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about golf and digital engagement. The successful candidate will also be skilled in social media, helping to amplify our presence and engage with our community across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
– Assist in the preparation and publishing of content on the website and social media platforms.
– Engage with our community on social media, responding to comments, and facilitating discussions.
– Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas to keep our audience engaged and growing.
– Help organize virtual and, potentially, physical events for the golf online group
– Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a digital or media environment.
– Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) and social media management tools.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Passion for golf and a solid understanding of the golfing community and culture.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
– High school diploma required; further education or certification in administration, communication, or related fields is a plus.

Part-Time Schedule:

This is a remote, part-time freelance position requiring approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options are available, but the candidate must be able to attend virtual meetings and respond to tasks during agreed-upon hours.
