As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Part-Time Adobe InDesign Expert to join our remote team based in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in crafting visually compelling diligence reports and marketing materials, driving both efficiency and creativity in our processes.

Mission:
The central mission of the Part-Time Adobe InDesign Expert at PitchFact is to work with our analyst team to make sure diligence reports are produced on-time with a consistent and professional visual identity and format. Creative process optimization and brand guide development support this core mission as our company grows.

Outcomes:

Maintain Rigorous Visual Consistency:
– Outcome: Ensure a high level of visual consistency across diligence reports, paying special attention to charts and graphs to enhance content appeal to investors.
– Performance Metric: Perform a monthly brand adherence check, ensuring that all visual elements align with established brand guidelines. Maintain a 98% or higher compliance rate in the design elements reviewed.

Meet Deadlines:
– Outcome: Demonstrate effective time management and collaboration within the team to ensure our work is delivered on-schedule. Promptly apply and respond to edits, feedback, and other requests from analyst team.
– Performance Metric: Achieve a 95% on-time completion rate on assigned projects within specified deadlines, measured through monthly project completion reports. Maintain average response time of 24hr or less.

Deliver Incremental Workflow Optimizations Each Month:
– Outcome: Provide ongoing assistance and recommendations in optimizing the production of diligence reports, ensuring seamless collaboration between designer and analyst.
– Performance Metric: Present and work to implement a minimum of at least 1 specific workflow enhancement per month.

Brand Guide Development and Maintenance:
– Outcome: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to enrich the existing brand guide, identifying areas for improvement and expansion. Develop templates and element bank as required.
– Performance Metric: Contribute to the addition of at least three new sections or elements to the brand guide quarterly and perform a review, ensuring it remains a comprehensive and evolving resource for design consistency.

Development of One-Off Materials As-Needed:
– Outcome: Serve as a responsive resource to aid in the development of marketing materials, flyers, and analytical graphics on an as-needed project basis.
– Performance Metric: Target 100% on-time project completion based on deadlines set with management during the commissioning of each project.

– Advanced Skills: Proficiency in advanced features of Adobe InDesign for efficient preformatting and copy assignment.
– Workflow Optimization: Ability to streamline processes within InDesign and InCopy for increased efficiency.

– Visual Aesthetics: Strong graphic design skills for creating impactful visualizations.
– Brand Adherence: Commitment to maintaining a consistent brand representation.

English Level: Exceptional proficiency in English, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication.

Additional Information:
– This is a part-time position, estimated at around 10 hours per week. Work may be commissioned in a “chunky” fashion, with blocks of work coming through all together.
– The candidate will work remotely from the Philippines.
– Portfolio submission and examples of previous InDesign work are mandatory.
