Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting Connect BIG Digital Advertising Agency and its clients in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will work remotely and collaborate with our team of experts, working alongside the Managing Director, Rachelle Starr, to ensure the success of our clients’ advertising initiatives on various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads Management:** Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions for clients.
2. Meta Ads Management:** Oversee the creation, monitoring, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns across different platforms like Google, Bing, and other search engines.
3. Keyword Research:** Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for ad campaigns, considering client goals and target audience.
4. Ad Copywriting:** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and effective ad copy that aligns with clients’ brand messages and resonates with their target audience.
5. Campaign Analysis:** Regularly analyze campaign performance data, provide insights, and suggest improvements to achieve better results and ROI for both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
6. Ad Extensions:** Implement and manage ad extensions to enhance the visibility and relevance of ads, ultimately improving click-through rates and conversion rates.
7. Budget Management:** Work with the team to set and manage ad budgets for both Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring effective allocation to achieve campaign objectives.
8. Performance Reporting:** Prepare regular reports detailing key performance metrics for Google Ads and Meta Ads, presenting progress toward campaign goals to the Managing Director and clients.
9. Competitive Analysis:** Monitor competitors’ ad strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as industry trends, to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
10. Client Communication:** Collaborate with the Managing Director, Rachelle Starr, in communicating with clients professionally, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and building strong client relationships.
11. Collaborative Teamwork:** Work closely with the Connect BIG marketing team to align Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies with other digital marketing efforts for seamless campaign integration.

Requirements:

1. Digital Advertising Knowledge:** Basic understanding of digital advertising principles, particularly in the context of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
2. Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze data from Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and draw actionable insights to optimize ad performance.
3. Copywriting Skills:** Strong writing skills to craft compelling and concise ad copy that drives engagement for both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
4. Time Management:** Efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
5. Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
6. Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in using Google Ads and digital advertising tools/platforms.
7. Adaptability:** Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced and ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.
8. Attention to Detail:** Ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy in ad campaigns and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns or other forms of digital advertising.
2. Familiarity with SEO principles and how they relate to digital advertising.
3. Basic knowledge of HTML and website analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Working Hours and Compensation:

This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours that can be discussed during the interview process. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skill level.
