Part Time – Amazon PPC Specialist and Seo

I’m currently in search of a Virtual Assistant who can commit to 2-3 hours of work each day on a part time position. Depending on performance, there is potential for an increase in hours.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in Amazon PPC and SEO, you will play a focal role in optimising our online presence and driving sales. This part-time position requires a commitment of 2-3 hours daily, focusing on strengthening our Amazon campaigns, lowering ACOS, driving organic ranks and enhancing our SEO strategy. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
As you already should know, when you do optimise PPC campaigns and do SEO it takes Amazon up to 48 hours for any changes to be updated. This is why I have carefully selected the 2-3 hours per day for these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. PPC Campaign Optimization:
• Conduct thorough analysis of PPC campaigns to maximize performance.
• Implement strategic adjustments to enhance ad visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI.
2. Daily Negative Keyword Management:
• Proactively identify and add negative keywords to refine targeting and reduce ad spend on irrelevant searches.
• Add negative keywords on an excel sheet for record.
3. Keyword Research and Implementation:
• Conduct regular keyword research to identify high-potential search terms.
• Integrate relevant keywords seamlessly into product copy for improved discoverability.
• Add keywords to excel sheet for record.
4. Listing Optimization:
• Apply proven SEO techniques to optimize product listings for higher search rankings.
• Craft compelling and informative product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
5. SEO Strategy Execution:
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and drive traffic.
• Stay well-informed of search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
6. Sales Enhancement:
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and drive revenue.
7. Page 1 Ranking Achievement:
• Employ advanced SEO tactics to ensure products rank on the first page of relevant search results.
• Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to maintain prime positioning.

Important: It is vital that you document all tasks completed on a separate sheet. This needs to be sent to me daily by the end of the day. This is a requirement as it provides me with a clear and detailed overview of the work accomplished within the specified 2-3 hour timeframe. It allows for thorough tracking and comprehensive review of your activities. Furthermore, this practice ensures that I am promptly informed of the progress made, within a certain time frame.
