Job Role: Part-time Appointment Setter

Work Hours and Schedule: 4hrs/day shifting schedule: Tuesday Wednesday – 10am to 2pm EST
Monday, Thursday and Friday – 3pm to 7pm EST, Saturday 9am to 1pm EST
Work Duration: Long-term if successful
Rate or Salary range: $4/hr starting salary, with raise after 3mos plus $5 commission per sale. Client has 250 warm leads that have already bought or are already interested in their products (medical grade gloves, etc). You just have to call them and follow a script then transfer the closed sale to the client.
Commission Based only? – NO
Possibility for overtime
Plus 5% Salary increase after 3 months
Payment Method: Local bank transfer
Salary paid every 17th and 2nd of the month

Description/Information:

Client needs an experienced part-time Appointment Setter/Telemarketer, which will become full-time if you are good in sales. The client has 1 company and 2 new startups. You’ll be assigned to the medical equipment business. If you have experience with medical equipment sales, it’s a huge plus but not a requirement.

Minimum Requirements:
*Appointment Setting Experience
*Decent computer or laptop
*Stable Internet
*English communication skills, both verbal and written
*Headset for calls – Any decent quality, noise-canceling headset (Ex. Plantronics 628, Jabra, etc)
*Punctual and Responsive
*Needs to strictly follow an NDA

*BPO and WFH Experience
*Knowledge of how to use apps like Slack, Zoom, and any dialers
*A Quiet environment
