We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Server Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in setting up, configuring, warming up domains and maintaining email servers, as well as diagnosing and resolving email delivery issues. This role is crucial to ensuring our email campaigns reach tens to hundreds of thousands of recipients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

**Email Server Setup and Configuration**:

– Install, configure, and maintain email servers to handle large-scale email campaigns.
– Ensure the email server infrastructure is optimized for performance, security, and reliability.

**Email Delivery Management** :
– Monitor email delivery rates and identify issues that may impact deliverability.
– Diagnose and resolve problems related to email delivery, such as blacklisting, spam filtering, and domain reputation.
– Implement best practices for domain authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) to enhance email deliverability.
Server Maintenance and Optimization:
– Perform regular maintenance and updates on email servers to ensure optimal performance.
– Implement scalability strategies to handle increasing email volumes.
– Troubleshoot and fix server-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

** Technical Support and Collaboration**:
– Provide technical support to the team for any server-related issues.

** Reporting and Analysis** :
– Generate and analyze reports on email server performance, deliverability, and other key metrics.
– Provide insights and recommendations for improving email infrastructure and delivery rates.

Qualifications:

**Skills**:
– Fluent in English
– Strong technical knowledge of email server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
– Expertise in email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting.
– Proficiency with email server software (e.g., Postfix, Exim, Sendmail) and related tools.
– Knowledge of DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, and other networking protocols.
– Familiarity with email authentication standards (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).

** Experience**:
– Proven experience in managing large-scale email server environments.

– Experience with monitoring tools and practices for email servers.

Relevant certifications in email server management or networking are a plus.
