Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage all transactions for our personal and business credit card and bank accounts. This role requires high accuracy and attention to detail. The position involves one full day of work per week, with the potential for additional hours if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and/or maintenance of QuickBooks files, including chart of accounts customization.
Upload bank and credit card transactions.
Record cash receipts/income and cash disbursements/expenses.
Categorize transactions accurately.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to manage and categorize transactions efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear financial reports.
Desirable Skills:
Experience managing both personal and business accounts.
Familiarity with the finance or credit sector.
